As a veteran builder, Wayne was able to guide our home selection by combining our ideal preferences, with his honest assessment of what was built to last. It took my wife and I a little time to find our own combination of preference and build quality in market of limited inventory, and we never got the impression that Wayne was growing impatient with us. All in all it was a great experience.
