We were ready to sell our Bremen home. We met with Larry Dietl, and felt comfortable listing with him. After we let him know that we wanted him to be our listing agent, he and his photographer came out quickly, like on a Thursday evening, and our house was listed two days later. Larry was on top of things, asking permission before every showing and giving us feedback afterward, as it was shared with him by the buyers' agents. Things seemed to move pretty quickly. In a week's time, we had 6 showings and 4 offers. Larry responded to our texts and e-mails promptly. We accepted one of the offers on the 7th day and the closing was scheduled less than 3 weeks later, as we had accepted a cash offer. Larry was very helpful and a great communicator.
